Shipping Policy

If your package is damaged, misplaced, or stolen please file a claim with USPS. All packages are insured up to $150. We DON'T offer replacement on products. In order to file your lost or stolen claim you will need your confirmation /tracking number. For damage claims, please take a photo of product. Your claim will be processed, usually you will receive your payment within 4-6 weeks from USPS.
